If you geotag your photos, now you can explore them by location. Want to find a model from a particular shoot? The software now has the ability to bring up all the photos in your collection with a particular face.

Even owners of high-end DSLRs know that at least some post-processing is needed to get a perfect image. That’s where Adobe Lightroom 2 [$256.80] comes in. Available for both Windows and Mac OS X, the software provides all the tools necessary for veterans and newbies alike to create professional-looking images.
There is a learning curve behind Lightroom, but once you get the hang of it and learn how post-processing works, your images will be that much better. Take a look at some photos I’ve processed in Adobe Lightroom 2 here.

The Revo Uninstaller is a handy program that finds programs that even the Windows uninstall applet cannot even get to. It is also useful because you can remove unnecessary files, folders and registry keys that are sometimes left on your computer, but it also has several other features that are worth taking a look at.
