Peanut butter has always been a healthy snack, but now there’s an alternative that’s even healthier- powdered peanut butter. Food maker Bell Plantation has invented a new process to remove 90% of fat and all water from peanut butter.

The resulting all-natural product is not only better for you, but more convenient, too! Add it to your cereal for extra protein, put it on desserts or ice cream, put it on noodles, or even bake it into your favorite foods. For a PB&J, simply mix with water and you’ll end up with good ol’ peanut butter! Regardless of what you do with it, powdered peanut butter is the healthier way to go.
