V-Moda Vibe

Rarely have I used ear buds worth raving about. The V-Moda Vibe earphones are the exception. Not only do they sound good, but they have looks to match. Made out of aluminum metal, they come in a variety of colors: Red Roxx, Flashback Chrome, Midnight Blue (new), La Mocha, and Gunmetal Black. By far the most popular colors are Flashback Chrome and Gunmetal Black.
I ordered the Vibe from Amazon several months in Flashback Chrome. I did prefer the color of the Gunmetal Blacks, but some users reported they looked green instead of black, so I opted for the chrome, which also matched my silver Ipod Nano. The Vibe came with three sizes of silicone fittings: small, medium, and large. Two sets of each size fitting were present, one in a translucent white and another in black.
The sound from the Vibes was simply amazing. It beat the stock Ipod ear buds any day. I played a variety of music to test them out. The classical was rich and soothing, and the rock wasn’t lacking in bass one bit. I was initially concerned that the 35″ cord would be too long, but it turned out to be the right length.
The only downside to these babies is their price. However, I think the Vibe’s price tag is justifiable for several reasons. For one, they are durable and will last a long time. Secondly, their sound quality is simply that good. If you plan on using these with the iPhone, you will need to get the V-Moda Vibe Duo. They’re just like the regular Vibe, but have the special jack needed to fit inside the iPhone.
The Vibe ear buds can be had on Amazon.com. Though they’re available from other merchants, I got mine at Amazon because they had the best price along with free shipping.
